Honestly - No, I don’t think everyone should spend as much time as I do bearing witness. I realize it takes a toll over time. I think for most people who come out - they join us once or a handful of times to see the victims & confront the reality of what we’re doing to our fellow Earthlings and that becomes the spark that ignites the flame in their future activism. There is no one size fits all and I realize I am in a privileged position which allows me to do what I do. I’m there week after week because there’s always someone new who needs that moment and I’ll try to hold the space for them. I’m not asking you to do what I do - Im asking you to feel that urgency and use it. ✊✌
