.Moisturising Magic from Merumaya | Bi-Phase Eye Makeup Remover & Treatment Toner.

Toner is a beauty step that I’ve phased out over the past year as there weren’t really any products I tried that went the distance in this stage of the skincare process. So when these two bottles dropped through my door from Merumaya - a brand I’ve raved about before with their miracle spot treatment– I was keen to see if they could change my mind.

A lot of toners i’ve used in the past have made my face feel incredibly tight after use which is where theMerumaya Treatment Toner*(£14.50) really comes into it’s own. With Hyluronic Acid and added vitamins it smoothes the skin while moisturing it at the same time leaving your entire face feeling plump, bright and even with just one splash on a cotton ball. It took away all the redness on my cheeks instantly and left it feeling incredibly moisturised with a stunning aromatherapy scent to boot. I love to use this toner after my Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish for a luxurious cleansing session and I’ve noticed a real different with the regulation of oil on my skin along with a new brightness that really helps to boost my skin when it’s feeling a little lack-lustre.

The other product in my Merumaya package was their Bi-PhaseEye Makeup Remover*(also £14.50) which I’m shy to say was a whole new venture for me. For my beauty sins I still use cheap wipes to remove my eye makeup at the end of the day (even though I know I shouldn’t!) and a lot of the time I leaves my sensitive eyes feeling a little sore. It’s a habit that I’ve just never been able to break – until now. Since receiving the new Benefit They’re Real Remover* I’ve been better at using a specific product to get rid of weekend smokey eyes but I’ve needed something for every day use aswell which is where Merumaya have saved the day once more. Although I don’t wear a lot of eye makeup during the day my eyes do sometimes get quite sore and removal can be an unpleasant task but this bi-phase remover has been a complete god send dissolving even stubborn liner or mascara in seconds – no rubbing required. It leaves my eyes feeling moisturised and soft without having to scratch away or yank at my eyelids to get everything off and I think I (finally)might be converted. Give it a little shake before popping some on a cotton ball and you’re good to go. I’d highly recommend this remover for anyone looking to make a move from their £1 Primark packs of wipes…don’t look at me like that ladies, we’ve all done it!

So once again Merumaya have really impressed me with their beauty products that seem to do no wrong and I’m amazed their brand isn’t more well known. I would certainly buy both of these products again and I’m on my second tube of their Concentrated Spot Treatment too – I’m coming for this little beautynext!

You can find all the Merumaya products on their website here with John Lewis stores also stocking the range.

Have you tried any Merumaya products before? How do you usually remove eye makeup? Would you give these two bottles a go?
