Australian Federal Election

For those who don’t know, GTM is run by Australians and looks at issues primarily in Western Countries.

Which brings me here today as the Australian Federal Election is concluding overnight. Australia seems to have decided that The Liberal National Party will continue to be in office.

How does everyone react? Petitions to remove Queensland from the commonwealth as most voters were LNP voters. Breakdowns over not having a Labor government, and of course, censorship.

What I say to that?

Get over it. Move to a country that has the values you like if you don’t like Australia’s government. I’m sure Venezuela would love you.

Get a reality check and realise people actually don’t like socialism and Labor. Realise that the election process is fair and stop trying to find loopholes and stop complaining that it isn’t fair. Realise different opinions are actually a part of life and you have to live with them. Realise that you are not the majority. Your views are popular on the internet, not in real life.

Deal with real life and stop being an asshole.
