“What are you having handsome?”

Bucky had put a lot of time and effort into developing his skillset behind the bar. He’d gotten good at getting a read on people too. This guy though, he looked more than a little lost. Bucky already had his hand on the glass. He met Bucky’s eyes easily enough, though only a beat after doing a too obvious elevator stare.

“Surprise me,” he answered almost challengingly.

The glass slid across the bar.

“You seem like the Old Fashioned sort.”

“Pal. You have no idea,” was the response with a weary yet still amused snort.
