#breastchest not just tits
An astounding number of people in the drac daily tag don’t seem to know that ‘breast’ in the instance of women’s 'gentle breasts saddened by the absence of men who are away in thoughtless wars’ or whatever refers to like, heart or chest, and was often used in reference to both men and women, and it’s really grating on me.
Like by all means keep making breasted boobily jokes cause it’s funny, but Stoker was not literally saying the girls’ tits were depressed. People are acting like Stoker literally meant the girls’ tits were depressed.
