Back home with a little Gin Tasting at ‘Said the Butcher to the Cow’, trying out three different Gin Longdrinks that every man should basically know. Therefor BULLDOG hooked me up with some of their stylish black bottles. As an independent spirit brand from England, BULLDOG took the inspiration for its name from Sir Winston Churchill - an iconic, independent spirit himself - and the British “Bulldog Spirit” that he embodied. But don’t worry! You don’t have to like dogs in order to like this precious juice. All it needs is a good gustation. Below you will find three different recipes that you should try to master. Quick note: They’re easy to make - Trust me!

Zurück zu Hause und schon geht’s wieder ans Eingemachte: Gin Tasting im ‘Said the Butcher to the Cow’. Mit dabei: BULLDOG… Englischer Spirituosenhersteller mit stylischer schwarzer Flasche, der ganz nebenbei seinen Namen Sir Winston Churchill zu verdanken hat. Dieser verkörperte angeblich wie kein zweiter den Geist der britischen Bulldogge. Hund hin oder her, Fakt ist das Zeug schmeckt und geht runter wie Öl. Und damit jeder weiss wie man das Klare richtig runterkippt, gibts von mir die richtige Mischung: 3 Gin Drinks, die jeder kennen sollte!

GIN FiZZ: Gin (4 cl), Fresh lemon juice (3cl), Syrup (1cl), Soda water (8cl)

GIN GIMLET: Gin (5 cl), Syrup (1,5 cl), Fresh lime juice (1 cl), Ice

GIN SOUR: Gin (5 cl), Fresh lime juice (3cl), Syrup (1cl), Orange peel
