So I got preliminary slipcase quotes for the BICP Master’s Edition boxsets back in Jan/Feb, just to put an estimate in the campaign budget…
Looking back through the messages now, I told one of them my target shipping date was in *June*. Ahah. Ahahahaha nnnnnnope
The actual campaign had a target book-shipping date of August, and now we’re in September and I’m thinking “gonna get these in the mail by Christmas. …Probably. (knock wood)”
But I do have a solid 25%* of the product piled in the living room. Progress!
The BICP Master’s Edition has a solid 24 bonus pages!
Featuring a lot of uplifting Future Worldbuilding, told through a bit of “where are they now?” for every major character.
It took a while to get up to speed, so I figured there was no way it would get this long. (Didn’t actually start drawing until August 1 – though I had a stash of idea notes built up for a while.) But once I got into a groove, phew. I blew through 24 complete pages (plus a cover!!) in 27 days.
Okay, as long as I’m getting new followers for making anti-NFT posts…
Want to buy Actual Digital Art, in a way that actually supports the artist, and doesn’t melt any glaciers in the process? I make comics! You should buy some.
I’m not pretending these files are limited, or impossible to duplicate, or that you’ll be able to re-sell them for thousands of dollars one day. I’m saying they’re good work! I put actual time and effort into making them! They’re worth spending money on because you will enjoythem.
