Whenever someone tags my art as ‘inspo’ I’m just
being at the killers last night and hearing brandon yelling “we are aliveee!!” over the speakers after 2+ years of continued crappiness actually made me want to cry. i missed shows & i missed shared experiences with strangers and i missed warm summer nights and crowded trains and homemade signs and spilled drinks and dancing with people who love the same music as you do and everything is far from normal but we ARE alive and I’m still here and it just felt so damn good to be in the moment for once. to just be!
