I got the HPV vaccine yesterday so my left arm hurts

I got a mega bruise from tripping over my bed frame on my right leg right where the muscles meet.

My insurance company denied the refill of my medication and I haven’t taken it in four days and they are taking their sweet time trying to approve it. 

And I leave for a two week trip tomorrow.

I’m down so bad yall. Mostly from the lack of meds - the longer I’m off it the more likely it is it wont work once I get back on.
