Sunshine meets thundercloud Klaroline fic:
Caroline goes to NOLA at a time when Klaus is at his angriest or depressed. Everyone has felt his wrath - Elijah, Rebekah, Kol, Marcel, and even Cami (to her shock). And then comes Caroline Forbes and everyone (except Rebekah, and maybe Kol) is thinking ‘this is the worst time to approach Klaus’. And Klaus tries to shout at Caroline but his voice starts dropping to normal even before she SAYS anything, and then… She shouts back at Klaus and he is looking like a scolded puppy
She just sighs exasperatedly at his expressions and goes, 'You owe me a tour’. And suddenly the grumpy Klaus is gone and everyone is still recovering from their heart attacks from the time “Klaus didn’t kill someone for insulting him!?!?!?”
