Who Will Pay for the Murder of Sergio Hernández?

After almost 7 years, Sergio Hernández’s case made it to the US Supreme Court today. Sergio was killed on June 7, 2010, by a US Border Patrol agent who shot into Mexico from El Paso, Texas.
