idk i think i’m just really into getting to see these girls be hurt and angry and vicious because they aren’t loved the way they want to be, by who they want to be. anyway look at this poster, she’s not even looking at the male lead:
and i like this evil second lead woman even more cause she’s really smart–main guy’s older brother has a thing for her and his mom told her to quit her job so he wouldn’t see her anymore and she immediately agrees; cut to her calling the mom to tell her she did it and deliberately letting the guy overhear her so it could go back and bite the mom in the ass. *loved* that. and she vouched for main lead girl to get the job. she did abandon her baby to pursue her career though……
here’s the crazy thing: in about 80 eps he’s gonna be sobbing on his knees apologizing to her for being involved in the hit and run that killed her brother and made her adopt her nephew as her son and put her dreams of becoming a fashion designer on hold
like dailies are so simple and no-brains straightforward, but they excel at irony, and it’s so delicious here, cause he’s wracked with guilt over what happened, to the point of having panic attacks and not even wanting to be in the country, and here he is being petty about apologizing to her over something so small and stupid when he is currently *so sorry* to her over something much larger
