African Spurred Tortoise (Centrochelys sulcata). They are the largest mainland species of tortoise, and the third largest species in the world after Galapagos and Aldabra tortoises.

Red Foot Tortoises (Chelonoidis carbonaria) are found across Central and South America, and have been introduced on several Caribbean islands. Offspring gender is determined by the temperature of the nest; warmer conditions produce more female young.
