This week I’ve learned that Boo remembers almost more about college than I do: riding loose in the car and sharing Springfield Mo style cashew chicken from @leongsdiner … I couldn’t find anything close to my memories here in St. Louis, so I bought some jars online. I was so excited that I forgot to make rice and didn’t pick up fresh scallion! Used frozen precooked breast, instead of pan frying lightly breaded from scratch, but it was still close! Boo obviously remembered, and ate it with the same extra enthusiasm he devours cheap pizza (also imprinted from 20 years ago).
