today, i finished day 14 of chloe ting’s 2020 2 week shred program. i didn’t develop abs, unfortunately; however, my stomach feels significantly tighter (before, i could stick my stomach out and look 2 months pregnant, but i can’t even poke it out anymore), i’ve developed slightly noticeable muscle tone and my core muscles are rock solid to the touch without me flexing them, and my body overall feels 10x stronger than it did on day 1. even though i didn’t get the results i had been hoping for, i did make substantial progress, and i’ve got to give myself a pat on the back for sticking it to the end. if anything, this gave me the motivation to not give up and continue through with my fitness journey!
