Chocolate Dessert Bowls

Required Items:

  • Chocolate
  • A bag of water balloons

Instructions:

Blow up a few balloons and rest them on a clean surface. Lay out a piece of parchment for the dipped balloons.

Melt chocolate, and then transfer to a bowl. Let the chocolate cool slightly, so that it’s not hot.

Dip the bottom of an inflated balloon into the melted chocolate and place on the parchment paper. Continue until the chocolate and/or balloons are used up.

Allow to dry for approximately 20 minutes. The previously glossy chocolate coating will have taken on a matte finish.

After the chocolate has set, carefully cut the balloon at the top just below the knot. Allow the air to escape slowly. The balloon will pull away from the chocolate and leave behind a chocolate cup.
