Luci comes by her neighbor Dixie’s house to have a serious talk with her. It seems that earlier, Luci accidentally got her skirt caught in Dixie’s car door and it ripped right off or her! To make matters worse, when Luci’s skirt ripped off she was caught in public in only her girdle and had to run home to cover up. And to add insult to injury, it seems that Dixie’s husband must be a bit of a girdle pervert because he followed her home while pleasuring himself!

The catfight around, pulling at each other’s hair and clothes and trying to overpower each other until finally Luci slams Dixie up against the staircase and rips her skirt right off of her, leaving her standing there in just her girdle and stockings. Dixie isn’t going to let her get away with that as they continue to fight until Dixie gains the upperhand and manages to rip Luci’s skirt as well so they’re both in girdles and stockings. Luci is once again humiliated as she has to run out the door and run home in only her girdle and stockings as Dixie catches her breath and laughs to herself.
