#comic marvels voices

I need some second opinions on this one. This is a random Wakandan civilian at a festival where everyone dresses up in costumes, from Marvel’s Voices: Legacy (2022) #1. Do you think this person is dressed up as Prodigy?

The X-Men suit and glasses aren’t much to go on, but I don’t know the mutant side of the marvel universe very well so I don’t know what other mutants would fit the bill here
