If we ran a counselling service (and sometimes it feels like we do), and if we did that clothed in little more than our bra (which, again, has a certain ring of truth to it) then this is exactly the kind of garment we’d wear to our consultations. Fitted, pretty, flattering to one’s figure without revealing anything that shouldn’t be revealed. So in reassurance, let us state once again that this habit is not a problem. It’s perfectly natural and absolutely nothing to be ashamed of.
