I honestly have to give props to Ripper Roo’s design:

-kangaroos are also called Jacks, boomers, and other stuff.

-Kangaroos can rip open your stomach with a powerful kick, Australia was under the British Empire before becoming independent so “Ripper Roo” is a namesake for Jack the Ripper (a Jack being a male kangaroo) and that’s why he’s in a straight jacket because he’s insane.

-He also uses TNT to blow crash up because another name for kangaroo is BOOMER so BOOM.

Just ahh I can’t get over how creative that is, and there might be other things I’m missing about it too!

I tried a new brush for lineart and a new way of shading, I love how toony this turned out!
