‍RoxyChowDown Layer Method for Curry Chicken
‍Cut up your fresh seasonings in a medium to large bowl and divide into 3 portions. ‍Cut up Chicken and add powdered season plus 1 portion of fresh herbs
‍Sautee 2nd portion of fresh herbs in cooking oil along with curry powder and crushed ginger before adding seasoned chicken
‍When Chicken is almost done cooking, add 3rd portion of fresh herbs to pot with diced carrots and potatoes
