I JUST found out today that Cyberverse had a SEASON 4!!! I thought the show was cancelled, so this is a big pleasant surprise!
I love this show so much! It’s so ridiculous and funny and stupidly self aware. Filled to the brim with references and love from the makers.
My incoherent rambling and spoilers below:
TARN? TARN? TARN? HELLO???? Ok I thought those Tarn shaped bots at the end of season 3 were just clones and that cyberverse was just using his design. NEVER did I except that they’d actually bring real psycho tarn into a kids show. BUT THEY DID HAHAHA. I knew he wasn’t a good guy. I was like no way, nuh uh, they would never make tarn a good guy not even in a kids show and I was right. Evil bastard with a nice smooth voice. His character was strangely on point in a way.
ALSO COMBINERS!!! COMBINERS I LOVE. The dino bots are here!!! I just love combiners but they’re so rarely present in tf shows. Same with triple changers (I LOVE how absolutely massive astrotrain is. They should do that for more shows)
And it’s so nice to see Soundwave as a leader figure for the deceptions ish in s3. I love his relationship with shadowstriker and hot rod in S3. Me screams in anguish like lazerbeak for the finale.
Tho s4e1 was hilarious. Soundblaster? Trypticon? SHATTERED CLASS REFERENCES?? PEACE TREATY??????? PEACE TREATY THAT LASTED???They got the whole squad here. This show literally had so many things I wanted. So good. Insane.
