That girl is Mika, a classmate of Koharu/ Chloe. She wants to catch every cute pokemon in the world.
Looks like she cares more about pokemon that people, at the point she can’t remember Ash and Goh’s name.
I wish she would make an appearence in the anime, she’s funny.
