I started to like Dark Arle all away in mid 2020, when everyone was in their homes because of the rona. I’ve become a Puyo Puyo fan ever since late 2019. I liked Dark Arle’s overall design. Her robes looked good and she had a look similar to goth girls, which were popular at the time.
Dark Arle is one of those Puyo Puyo characters that doesn’t get the recognition that they deserve. She gets barely any fanart from artists, particularly western ones, some Japanese artist draw her not that frecuently these days.
Ever since then, I started to share some love on her in any media she appeared, being my main in all versions of Puyo Puyo 7 and being my icon in more recent games. I love Dark Arle and I will love her for all time, probably until lose interest in the Puyo Puyo series…

Finally finished customizing my MadCatz TE2 Fightstick. It’s the Guilty Gear Xrd edition, but I swapped the buttons and balltop with transparent gray ones (In case I decide to add LEDs).
The artwork is something I threw together one evening I had off because of Snow. Came out darker than I thought it would, but I still love it. I’m no artist anyway. Still took awhile trying to make it look right.
I used assets from Puyo Puyo Tetris and Puyo Puyo Quest. Kind of hard to tell here but those are puyos in the background. It’s really awesome customizing another arcade stick. The first one I did was a MadCatz Brawlstick turned into a Divekick one.
