I don’t know what this says, because I don’t know a single word fo the Irish language. So, based on the context of the day, I am going to do the forbidden and assume it says Happy St. Patrick’s Day.

I can only offer the watered down English equivalent in return, Happy St. Patrick’s Day, or as my Mom says, Happy Day of Our People.
