Between eating a steak in a covered wagon, and checking out a distillery, Utah was full of delightful surprises. For a state that has a reputation for being dry, we enjoyed some wonderful cocktails while dining at the Steakhouse, and the whiskey’s on offer at the distillery were not to be passed up. Hot-tip: Driving from Wanship to Salt Lake City on I-84, we saw Devil’s Slide, a unique geological formation made of limestone, which literally looks like a steep, dangerous slide. Pretty wild amongst the mountains!
