i actually rather it be amethyst then lapis not cause i don’t like ami i LOVE her i just think it would make more since since we know her struggles a lot better than Lapis’s unless we find a lot more shit about Lapis out
I prefer Ame to Lapis- not only for your points- but also because I think the tone of the song matches her far better! Amethyst very much tries to play off how upset she is, and how deep her problems go, with a happy facade and a compliment. Lapis is more of the “drunken screaming atonally along with a Linkin Park song as she rides along the street in a wagon she stole from a pre-schooler at four in the morning” kinda person.
