so, i don’t know why nobody is really talking about it but it’s canon that ed can play the piano and we did learn that he sings. so the next logical step would be to give ed a scene in season 2 where he plays the piano and sings a song for stede he composed when stede was gone.
The harpsichord is one of the few things he didn’t chuck overboard so…
