#disabled flag

Hi!  Back with yet another question that Google won’t answer

What part of the disability flag causes seizures, migraines, etc.?  I want to get a disability pride flag sticker for my cane but I don’t want it to potentially unintentionally harm someone if they see it.  A friend of mine found one with pale/pastel colors, but with the zig-zag.  Would that be safe to get?

I don’t have epilepsy, and the person I know that does isn’t photosensitive, so my only available sources are tumblr.  Any help is greatly appreciated!

The zigzag is part of what makes the original disability flag a trigger, along with the color saturation. However @capricorn-0mnikorn worked very closely with photosensitive people to design an accessible version of the flag and has included it in their pinned post on their blog I believe. I’m unsure if there’s any merch using this version of the flag yet but the image itself is open for free use through creative commons (I forget if that makes it officially public domain or not but I know that they encourage the use of this version of the flag). If there isn’t anyone using that particular version of the flag to make merch yet, I think if you c an find someone doing custom stickers off of images, you would be able to use that image. Thank you for taking the time to consider this!
