It’s her 90th birthday. And this post won’t be grandiose. But it is humbly heartfelt. For I am just so, so, so grateful that you came to us all those years ago, Grace. I am honored to have met you - albeit not personally. I am thrilled to see the impact you still exert on so many people - those who were blessed to know you personally, those who have been touched by your movies, photographs, charity work. Your light and goodness were too big to be confined to an immediate circle of people. It came at a price, of course - as fame always does. But know that you have changed lives for the better - and continues to do so, on a daily basis. You are one of the pillars of my existence - and no words will ever be able to describe the joy you give me.
Happy Birthday, my dear, darling Grace. Love you so - forever and ever.
