We drove into town to watch the fireworks from the roof of the hospital Lieblings works at. The are shot form a barge on the bay of Lake Superior.

We got a tour of the lab Lieblings works in and he brought us to the morgue! No pics for legal reasons but we saw a surprising amount of preserved organs, a huge freezer for body parts, the table they do all the work on, and surprise… There was a body in the walk-in cooler! I thought the most amazing feature was that the push-open doors are heat activated. He assumed so a corpse riding a gurney doesn’t accidentally get pushed into a busy hallway but I think we all know the real reason: zombie containment. ;P
