It was a cold dead night at the Auror Department, when a terribly frightned blonde boy comes in, stuttering and mumbling that his dad might be dead. The only Aurors doing the night shift that day were Harry and Ron.

Scorpius was crying while he asked for help, his pregnant dad was in danger and in the verge of death because of his other father beating him into a pulp. They go to save Draco, finding him already fainted and after his recovery at St Mungo’s Scorpius and Draco don’t have anywhere to stay at. I guess you can say Harry really does have a hero complex.

Summary: The most boring shift in the world, filled with Muggle car ride games to pass the time, was interrupted by a tow-head boy begging for help to save his papa and ultimately changed Harry’s life from there on out. For the better, of course.
