dream stuff

last night i dreamt about an angry allan border interview (he thought the windies had just thrown a game i’d watched where they’d lost ten wickets in under ten runs - “just like poker” he said, oddly)

then i fought the thundercats. except i’m not sure they were the proper thundercats. there were some anomalies. my mum was also hosting them and i had to run around helping but i fucked up and let the wine stew (wtf) boil over onto the floor.

I don’t know how they called themselves, but locals called them The City Harpies. And truly their long bright patchwork ponchos did resemble wings.

Those weird ever-silent creatures loved climbing the old power lines and were said to posses some hidden knowledge.

i had a weird dream tonight.

i was a character in a play (probably written by some russian playwright since everyone was sick poor and miserable) and people there were pressured by some local authority. they had to work too hard and pay unbelievably high taxes.

i was standing in the crowd of people, mostly old or children, while this “boss” guy was screaming at us. and I thought, hey, i shall help those people.

so I got a leather strap and simply strangled that dude.

but then the crowd started booing me because apparently “we are in a play so you were supposed to defeat him by high morals and heroic actions”

and not by brutally murdering him in front of everyone

and I was mad because technically I solved their problem
