Notes: created for noxelementalist who wanted “All the romantic!Ray” (Kowalski) and who was happy for the threesome as an option. Midday Twilight by Mortmere
It’s early afternoon on the shortest day of the year in Tuktoyaktuk. Moving north, Ray was prepared to face a world completely swallowed by darkness for months each winter, so he was pleasantly surprised that even on this darkest day, they have hours of soft blue twilight. It’s still damned cold, though. And the stupid Mountie is freezing his stupid ears off wearing his stupid Mountie hat instead of proper winter gear! Ray (who learned early on that ear flaps are your ears’ best friend in this climate) can’t even hug him properly because of the stupid hat. Maybe he’ll just knock the hat off and kiss the stupid Mountie even stupider. Hee.
