2 days after surgery and it’s working, making noises which are apparently farts. I know it’s gross looking but this is really good progress which means now to soft foods and faster recovery. Tomorrow I learn how to take care of it with a stoma nurse. In six weeks 2nd surgery, loose weight and walk everyday and I’ll be ready for it.
