Elizabeth Cardillo is Miss Pennsylvania USA 2015, and will be the second former California contestant competing at Miss USA this year! Her Teen titleholder is Jasmine Daniels, who was second runner-up last year.

Elizabeth competed in Miss California USA from 2012 to 2014, competing alongside Miss USA 2014 Nia Sanchez, Miss CA USA winners Natalie Pack, Mabelyn Capelujand Cassie Kunze and Miss NV USA 2015 Brittany McGowan. She grew up in the Pittsburgh suburb of Hampton and moved to Los Angeles to attend the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. After graduating she returned to her home state and now lives in Allison Park.

Miss Pennsylvania Teen USA 2010 Elena LaQuatra placed first runner-up her first year competing in the Miss division. 2014 second runner-up Andrea Shen and fourth runner-up Cassandra Angst repeated their positions from last year. Deana Sophia Vera, the original winner of the Miss Pennsylvania Teen USA 2011 pageant who later resigned (due to residency issues, from what I have heard), placed third runner-up.

Among the semi-finalists were past Pennsylvania and DC runners-up Laura DiFrancescoand Jessica Bermudez, who were both in their last year of eligibility, and Alex-Taylor Deitz who was first runner-up in Miss PA Teen USA the past three years.

In the Teen division, Jasmine’s first through third runners-up, in order Alana Andersen, Sydney Dolanch, and Madonna Mantione were all competing for the first time. Fourth runner-up was 2014 non-finalist Lauren Dunegan. 2013 fourth runner-up Mariah Custer and 2014 semi-finalist Cassidy Mattiola made the semi-finals, as did five more of last year’s non-finalists.
