Jeff Taylor (Kurt Russell) gets his hands taped behind his back by one of the goons (M.C. Gainey) who’s shaking him down for money.

Using a letter opening stolen from a bank, our hero gets free and turns the tables on his captor. He tapes the goon’s wrists, thighs and neck. The goon later breaks free.
