For the quick story of this crash: I had a flat tire at the top of the hill. So a first crash without consequences because It was hard to keep the bike rolling fast. I decide to chill down and finish this day safe, even let the riders passes. Went into this rock garden and the back wheel took a hole who ejected me straight face plant into this rock. Crazy to see when you think you’re safe, you’re not. Still learning at this level. Concentration need to be on point at 404% everytime. So glad to get good protection in case I let you imagine another scene. I had a pretty good physical preparation too with @pulsesessiontraining so I feel strong enough to not destroy my body. Just one thing to say stay protected guys ✌ peace out @ravanel_mtb
