Now without a scarf! But an actual turtleneck, slimmed down jeans, and boots instead. :)

You can’t have the 90s without turtlenecks, in my opinion. In fact, the sheer amount of turtlenecks I was forced to wear to school on cold days in the 90s is why I can’t stand wearing them to this day. Anyway, here are some simple and comfy outfits for female sims. Note that these are default replacements and require Seasons.
