I think all the recolors that I’ve made reflect clothing items that I own or would wear IRL hahaha. So I LOVE blazers and own quite a few myself and I thought I should make some for my selfsim. I’ve made a few pinstripes and checks, a chevron-like knit pattern (idk what it is called), as well as a few candy colors. I have also applied tweed fabric texture to the diffuse map because I am a sucker for fabric textures!

Vintage Winterwear Collection pt. 18

Hello everyone!

You might have heard that I’m struggling with some personal stuff right now, but I still wanted to keep my promise of making at least one piece of cc per month. It was close, but somehow I managed to do it. So, here it is! A new outfit for your sims, released still in February :).

Just to make things clear: this is a one time excursion to XVIII century, not me switching to another era. I simply needed a dress from around that time and couldn’t find any, so I decided to make one myself. It was an interesting experience, but I don’t think I’ll go that far back again any time soon.

The outfit comes in 15 swatches:

• polycount: ca. 6K
• Base Game compatible
• HQ mod compatible (pictures taken with the mod)
• all LODs
• custom thumbnail, bump and specular maps, shine (& satin texture) on the dress
• tagged as everyday and cold weather
• found under long dress and outerwear subcategories

REGENCY REVERIE | Part I

It is a truth universally acknowledged, that a stylish Regency sim in possession of good taste, must be in want of a wardrobe starter set.

15 NEW MESHES. I thought we’d never get here, but watching one Austen adaptation after another on repeat got me through the hell that oft plagued this set. As this is pretty much a love letter to Austen and her much-beloved heroines, every single piece is named after a character or location found in her novels. 

A thousand thanks to my lovely testers: @nolan-sims,@thesimsblues, and @blu-sims! I managed to fix like 85% of the issues/oversights they discovered (& omitted one dress entirely due to a weird distortion issue), but alas, I can never manage smooth weights/no tearing on my long dresses!
