This is something I built a long time ago and someone made a request, so I decided to make it public. There’s been some changes since my original post (found here). Hope you’ll enjoy it
This small mansion include: a kitchen with a living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom, a backyard with pool, a laundry. Important thing that there is no fridge and stove but only grill, so your sims can cook food too. Also this lot can be used as rental.

These two are built in the beautiful world of Tartosa on a 30x20 lot and overall they have 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, with room also for pets (they also have a study and one of them has two living rooms) :)
