My son made Fasolia on Sunday (more then a lot) so he thought of giving his parents some. So on a cold snowy night we had it on rice with a side of green beans. I know it is not traditional, but I had Upslope Brewing’s Mexican Lager with. It went perfectly with a traditional comfort food. A little malty, slightly sweet, and a clean finish.
