misc bugsnax doodlin of my journalist, who is nb. i gave them my glasses for fun. it’s fun thinking about how they look with all the equipment they have to carry- also they get some clothes as a gift from the other grumps after an incident of ‘hunting too long in frosted peak without cold protection’ (said incident is third image)
I knew it was a matter of time until I post something from Bugsnax!!! But I’m very happy it’s my first post after a while.:)
I decided to make sort of a Grumpsona that is also just. Identity of my journalist! His name is Morchmelly, Morchie for short; he’s basically the embodiment of me while exploring around the game!
And I kinda ship him with Filbo. Can’t help it cause they’re cute:(❤️ I hope you like it all!! :D
Also no specific hate to Cromdo and Beffica!!! They all sort it out in the end and I’m very aware of that, so please don’t. take it too personally:)
ID Start. First Image is the artist’s grumpus oc standing next to Floofty from Bugsnax. Floofty is standing with one arm behind their back and looking at a piece of paper. The oc, named Renjamin, is standing next to them holding a Strabby. Second image is a muppet-like doodle of the artist yelling “KILL! KILL! KILL!” Third image is Filbo from Bugsnax standing slightly bent over with one hand on his hip. He looks a little crazed and is saying “I’m at my limit, Buddy!” Fourth image is Professor Sycamore from Professor Layton looking shocked and appalled, with one hand on his chest. Fifth and final image is Luigi in the dark, holding onto his flashlight and looking scared. Behind him is a Goob ghost from Luigi’s Mansion 3, about to scare him. ID end.
I wanna draw or write a thing where filbo somehow ends up finding an abandoned egg ON SNAKTOOTH, and he’s all “why is it here” and “what am I supposed to do with it??” Because we all know filbo would be so panicked in such a situation
He’d probably go to buddy after…a few days of struggling to care for it

Okay so I had a similar thought as well! Except mine involved Filbo finding a toddler when he was at his lowest after everyone left. As panicked as he is and not at all confident in his abilities to raise a kid, he has to because he is literally the only adult in town. Personally like to think that he gets it together and would be start standing up for himself more through raising this kid on his own for a bit. I think he can do it :)
Also fun idea, the egg causing Liz to have mental breakdown. She doesn’t know how the egg got there, so to her it looks like Filbo got with someone in town and they had a kid. Outside of just that in general, she’s also freaking out thinking she blacked out or something to have missed that much time.
This guy’s been a labor of love for a few months, but due to finals I’ve only been able to finish him now! He’s a whopping two feet tall and perfect hugging size!
Oooooooooh he looks so huggable and soft! Congrats on finishing him :D
