‘Y/n wants to make me food? From their lovely hands? How sweet!’

“Alright, then get ready to taste some soul food”

“Soul food, why is it called that?”

“ Because it’s good for the soul!”

Mitsuri was so excited to eat, she could hardly sit still. Not only because she was hungry, but your cooking was always amazing and she could experience more of your culture.

For her first time, you made: Collards, Baked Mac and Cheese, Fried Mackerel, and Cornbread (done in a skillet, of course)

If Mitsuri could describe, the taste of soul food…she would say it was life changing.

Mac and Cheese

Collard Greens

Fried Fish

'The flavor….it’s so real…I’m even speechless in my own head!’

Even though all these compliments were bouncing in her head, she just sat there eating everything. However, you just see her eyes start to shine and tears pour out of her eyes

She jumps from her seat and into your arms in one swift motion.

“Y/n. You’re so wonderful! I want to eat this everyday!!”
