Best meatballs that I have ever tasted! I cooked these babies alongside my live cooking class with @TruffleShuffleSF yesterday. The meatballs are made of Wagyu beef and infused with generous amounts of freshly shaved truffle and truffle-infused cheese and salt. All their recipes are SO delicious because the teachers are French Laundry trained chefs Jason McKinney and Tyler Vorce.
