Gaston Lagaffe is back ! Like, for real, they’ve announced a series revival by Delaf.
So far, his style is really similar, I hope the comic’s spirit in term of gag is going to fellow. ( But so far, it’s looking good ! )
For those who don’t know, Gaston Lagaffe is a comic created by André Franquin. It’s a 30 years old comics now, but it had a huge impact on the French/Belgic’s comic reference. As might guess, along Astérix and Tintin, he’s considered as a classic.
It’s also a childhood’s gem for me, I used to reads theses all the time. And I haven’t really change to be honest, I still read them and it’s still a reference and a huge influence in my art-style !
In short, Gaston is back, and I’m glad he is.
