Found the neatest little thing on the interwebs today. It’s a piece of art by Gerda Wegener. She’s profiled on http://leiturasbdpopporn.blogspot.com/2013/02/autores-vintage-gerda-wegener.html The writer notes “Gerda left hundreds of illustrations, some of which are worth fortunes at this time, where her erotic “vintage” art was essentially focused on women.“
There are two reasons - well, really, three - that I’m posting this. One is that it’s a super cool image that will forevermore make Me look differently at swans. Another is that I’m going to be going to Europe soon, where I will see all sorts of interesting artwork, though I’m not sure there will be much exhibited from this lady.
