Requested?: I had some interest in omega drop with Ash after answering a question about mates being separated for too long. So here we go! I listened to the album Heartbreak Weather by Niall Horan while writing this, and lemme just say it got me in an angsty mood.

Word Count: 1,562

Rating: Mature

Warnings: Alpha/Beta/Omega dynamics. Alpha!Ashton, genderless Omega!Reader. OMEGA DROP: which involves reader going into a catatonic state due to being away from Ashton for too long. Mentions of blood, panic, nightmares, despair. A scene in a hospital bed. Beta!Crystal and Omega!Sierra are in this fic, as well. This contains a LOT of angst and can be triggering, so please don’t read if it makes you uncomfortable.

“Siri,” you pause while you wait for the familiar ding of voice recognition, “call Ash.”

Your phone starts ringing, and you’re biting your lip as you wait for him to answer. Ring after ring, your heart sinks, mind telling you that you weren’t dreaming. That somehow it had actually happened and you’d forgotten, lived a life without your mate, and were now imagining things. Lost to the hallucinations and forced to relive the tragedy of losing him.
