⚡️⚡️#ladythor waist belt is done! It took 3 attempts and a lot of trial and error, but after an entire weekend, we’ve finally nailed it. The carving was created using a Dremel, and leather stain to finish the whole piece off. The belt was created using scraps of bridle leather. ⚡️⚡️#golaser

Slowly working down the #ladythor armor list! Built off of a #3dscan of Dhemerae’s arm for the best fit, then sculpted by using a masking tool to create the design. Breastplate and shoe parts are up next #golaser

Just a few more touches, and Sarah’s #devilhomura choker will be complete! This piece is a great example of why prototyping is so important. There is so much at play within one print-materials, thicknesses, and in this case wearability and durability- that iteration not only will give you an overall stronger final piece, but also gives you the flexibility to experiment and test your design. ⭐️Quick Tip: to make prototyping less expensive, print smaller sections of your piece as tests, or print in a like material that is lower cost. Sarah’s first prototype was printed on two different machines. #golaser
