A little Hoppy, Not Bitter- Juicy IPA by GCB. It is all in the name. I love beer in general, but this is a beautiful brew. I really like the way the head brewer at Golden City Brewing thinks.

I am a Star Trek geek, I’ll freely admit. So I couldn’t resist the Red Shirt Red by Golden City Brewing. Beautiful color, sweet malts, and slightly bitter on the finish. What is not to like?
